This special cuvée was first created in 1984 by the Carthusian Fathers to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Carthusian Order in 1084 by Saint Bruno.
Production To create this blended liqueur, the Carthusian monks selected liqueurs with different ageing profiles. With its subtle aromas, it is characterised by a perfect balance between powerful vegetal and delicate floral notes.
Tasting notes As an after-dinner drink, serve chilled between 12 and 13°C or over ice to discover its full flavour and aromatic complexity.
