Beautiful balance and a clean finish. Bright pale gold in colour, the nose offers notes of toasted oak and butterscotch, with hints of lemon peel, ripe pear, vanilla, straw and barley. The palate is balanced with notes of vanilla ice cream, hints of coconut, candied ginger and baked apple. Quite a long malt finish, with hints of oak.
