Nikka's first distillery, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island. Produced using traditional methods, such as direct toasting over coal fires, the malts perfectly reflect the authentic character of this exceptional place, with their marine and finely peaty notes.Profile: balanced.
