Grapes: This cava is made from 40% Xarel.lo, 40% Macabeo and 20% Parellada

Terroir: Penedes

Maturation: this cava has matured for 10 months in bottle.

Colour: straw yellow with green reflections.

Aroma: fruity nose with some citrus, green apple and a subtle touch of bisquit.

Flavour: this cava starts fresh, fruity and feels sparkling on the tongue due to the fine bubbles. Finally, a dry finish follows.

At table: Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood such as oysters, scampi and prawns
